Historically charcoal has been used to restore healthy gut function, and activated charcoal is still used in the emergency treatment of certain kinds of poisoning. Our product consists of a pure charcoal made from sustainable hardwood sources. It is not activated, and will not be absorbed into the bloodstream, but will pass gently through the digestive tract and out through the stool.
Ideal for daily use. Unlike other 'medicinal' or 'activated' charcoals which are only recommended for use over a short period of time, our charcoal is gentle enough to be taken on an ongoing basis.

Ingredients per capsule:
250mg Carbo ligni (wood charcoal), Vegetable cellulose capsule.
1-2 capsules with a large glass of water after each, meal or 3-4 capsules with 500ml water before bed.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Food supplements do not prevent, treat or cure human diseases.
As with other supplements, seek professional advice before using if you suffer from food allergies.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before taking food supplements.
Do not exceed the stated recommended dose.

We ask all overseas customers to allow up to 25 working days for delivery before packages can be considered lost in the mail and replacement packages sent out. Replacement orders will be sent only if the delivery address supplied by the customer is accurate.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with seals intact, and not within 6 months of its Best Before date.
