A recommended initial course is 2 months
Powder 30gm
Mix the entire contents of the 30gm bottle thoroughly with an average size jar of honey, about 1lb (454gm). Stir well until the powder is completely mixed, also stir the mixture each time you use it.
Adults:
1 teaspoonful of the Yamoa™/honey mixture twice a day.
Children (under 12yrs):
½ teaspoonful of the Yamoa™/honey mixture twice a day.
OR
Stir powder twice a day into a glass of water or fruit juice, tea or any beverage, or sprinkle on food.
Adults:
¼ of a 5ml teaspoon twice a day.
Children (under 12yrs):
Take an ⅛ of a teaspoon twice a day.

Capsules
Adults:
1 capsule twice a day (morning and evening) with water.
Children (under 12yrs):
½ capsule twice a day (morning and evening) mixed in honey or jam, maple syrup or other foodstuff to mask bitter taste. If the child is old enough to swallow the capsule, only half of the powder will require mixing.
It is important not to stop your or your child’s medication without your doctor’s advice. For best results, finish entire mixture even if relief is found at an early stage of your course. Please read our Disclaimer before purchasing.

These packages may need a signature on receipt and could be traceable through the Royal Mail website if you purchase a traceable service and have receive a tracking number by email from us.
We ask all overseas customers to allow up to 25 working days for delivery before packages can be considered lost in the mail and replacement packages sent out. Replacement orders will be sent only if the delivery address supplied by the customer is accurate.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with seals intact, and not within 6 months of its Best Before date.
To complete your return, we require your name and an order number. Please contact us if you need to return your item.
