Shipping & Returns

All orders are normally processed and mailed within 2 working days of receipt.

We use Royal Mail for all our International Shipments.

Standard International: 6-7 working days.

International Tracked:

These packages may need a signature on receipt and could be traceable through the Royal Mail website if you purchase a traceable service and have receive a tracking number by email from us.

We ask all overseas customers to allow up to 25 working days for delivery before packages can be considered lost in the mail and replacement packages sent out. Replacement orders will be sent only if the delivery address supplied by the customer is accurate.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with seals intact, and not within 6 months of its Best Before date.

To complete your return, we require your name and an order number. Please contact us if you need to return your item.
